This is a members exhibit and I will be showing a new painting titled, “Under the Aspens”. I used watercolor as well as casein to create this nocturnal scene of Aspen trees. I was fortunate to paint on location in the summer of 2004 while teaching a workshop at Pagosa Springs, CO. I consider this painting to be a ‘memory’ scene.
